Shipping:

All the packages we dispatch will only be delivered to postcode addresses on the UK mainland. Unfortunatly, we are unable to send deliveries directly to your site due to insurance implications with our courier. We will e-mail you the tracking code for your parcel and the appropriate couriers details (we noramlly use DHL) so you can check their website and by putting your number into their parcel tracker, it will tell you when your order was collected from us and give you a better idea of when you should receive it. Your delivery will need to be signed for before you will receive your order.

Please note that we will not be held responsible for any costs to work held up due to late delivery by our courier. Dates of delivery between 2-3 working days are a guide set by the courier themselves. They currently have a 96% delivery completion within their specified time limits. Any orders put in after 3pm on the date of order will be processed the next working day and should be discounted from your waiting time.

Please note all shortages or breakages on your delivery note and inform us of these within 2 days of delivery. Any claims will not be processed outside of these 2 days. Signing the delivery note 'unchecked' will not be sufficient to uphold any claim.

We will always endeavour to make sure that we have 100% stocks of all our items to cover your order 100% of the time. Unfortunately, it is a possibility that our suppliers may run short of an item and therefore it takes longer to get to us and then onto you. We will inform you as soon as we are aware of any shortages in your order and offer an alternative if available. If this alternative is not suitable, we will try to find out when your original choice will be available and how soon we can have it to you. A refund of cost will be arranged if this proves necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any costs to work held up due to items being unavailable at time of purchase.

Shipping costs:

All orders £119.99 and under excluding VAT at current rate of 15%, (£137.99 pounds inc vat) will be charged at £5.50+VAT (£6.33 inc vat) per delivery sent.

All overs £120.00 and over excluding VAT at current rate of 15%, (£138.00 inc vat) will receive free delivery. Please note below the list of postcodes classified as offshore as these are subject to higher delivery costs.

Returns:

All returns must be sent back to us in a re-saleable state. Therefore, all packaging, instructions and the item itself must be in the original, unmodified condition you received it in. An explanation as to why the item/s are being returned and a copy of the original invoice should also be included. If there is no good reason as to why a return is being made, a re-stocking fee may be charged to you the customer. We cannot accept any responsibility for any goods being returned to ourselves until we actually receive them.

If there is any discrepancy between the goods advised as returned and the actual goods received, we can only credit the items actually received.
