Warranties, refunds and replacements:

All items sold by ourselves will be supplied for the use of which it was intended only. All warranties will only be upheld by the manufacturer if it remains in use for which it was intended. We do not give any warranties which we give to any item sold by ourselves. All warranties will be honoured by the manufacturer at their discretion.

Any variation to any item sold by ourselves in terms of colour or design may occur from time to time. This may be due to product development or unavailability of materials. We cannot be held responsible for these changes as they are out of our control. We will however, send an equivalent substitute item of suitability if the original item is not available at time of ordering.

Any product found to be defective should be reported so us as soon as spotted and returned. We will, at our discretion, refund the product to its original purchase value as long as it hasn't been modified in any way which may affect its purpose. We will not replace or refund any items which you have had in your possession for longer than 60 days from the original invoice date.

Price and payment:

The price payable for the items you order is as set out on the website at the time of ordering, plus any delivery charges as mentioned above. We must receive payment for all the goods ordered at the time of order and delivery if applicable before goods will be dispatched. All prices are subject to VAT (currently 17.5%) and these prices are also shown on the site. If there are any changes in price of an item, we will make sure we update our site immediately as to avoid any confusion.

Force majure:

In the event we are unable to carry out our obligations under a sales contract between ourselves and you, the customer due to anything which is outside our control such as acts of God, war, strikes, lockouts, floods and failure of third parties to deliver goods, we will be relieved of our obligations and liabilities for as long as such is prevented.

Health and safety:

By purchasing goods from us, you acknowledge that you are wholly aware of all the risks involved and are entirely responsible for you own health and safety whilst using these items. You assume full liabilities for any damage or injury caused by the misuse of any of our products.
